The Response by George H.W. Bush, Father of this Warrior President, was swift, decisive and conclusive.
But that war although a THE MOST TREMENDOUS VICTORY IN AMERICAN HISTORY was not to last. Saddam did not obey any of the Accords of the Peace Armistace of 1991. He continued to be secretive. He attacked American Aircraft. He EXPELLED all U.N. INSPECTORS. For 12 years he LET US BELIEVE that he was building WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION. HE LIED TO THE ENTIRE WORLD.
Saddam had a EVIL AGENDA ...............KEEP HIS NEIGHBORS IN FEAR.
After the ATTACK OF THE UNITED STATES ON 911, all nations began to suspect the COMPLICITY OF SADDAM.

There you will see SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE UNITED STATES proclaim with GEOMETRIC PRECISION why he believed that SADDAM HAS WMD.
EVERY NATION OF THE UN, EVERY SENATOR OF THE US AND EVERY CONGRESSMAN was CONVINCED SADDAM HAD WMD.

On March 19, 2003 AFTER 12 YEARS OF PATIENCE, the PRESIDENT gave SADDAM one last chance to AVOID WAR AND LEAVE announced on WORLD WIDE TV.
GEORGE W. BUSH honestly, faithfully, carefully and painstakingly moved us from TOTAL PEACE to TOTAL WAR. He gave us the best weapons, health care, food, supplies, equipment and training that any military has ever known.
Here we are, more than 7 years after the start of IRAQI FREEDOM of March 19, 2003. The costs have been VERY HIGH.
SO HAVE THE VICTORIES.
NO DOMESTIC POLICY TO THE PRESENT DAY can compare.
This VICTORY is made of PLANNING, EXPERTISE, TRAINING, TALENT, DEBATE, COMMENTARY, LIVING, DEATH, TEARS, PAIN, TRUTH, FAITH, FAILURE AND SUCCESS.
IT IS BOTH MUCH TOO COSTLY AND EXTREMELY COST CONSCIOUS.
IT IS THAT RARE AND EXPENSIVE THING.
